Elliott Sadler will team with Brian Vickers to drive Joe Gibbs Racing’s two full-time Nationwide Series entries, Sadler and the team confirmed Monday.

Sadler had been rumored to be in the JGR fold since early September, but the deal was never officially announced until now.

It’s unclear which car Sadler will drive and which one will be piloted by Vickers, but Joe Gibbs Racing just won the owner’s title with its No. 18 car (driven by Joey Logano much of this season).
Sadler has finished second in the Nationwide standings for the past two years at Richard Childress Racing.
