VIDEO: New Sprint Commercial Is Jimmie Johnson’s Funniest Ad Ever

A new Sprint commercial set to debut during Saturday night’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond stands to be one of the funniest ads of the 2012 season.

And it’s probably Johnson’s funniest commercial ever.

Take a look for yourself:

That’s great stuff from a guy formerly considered to be “vanilla.” Of course, Johnson’s tweets have done much to change his public image (for the better), and he continues to keep showing how funny he can be.

This ad, though, figures to rank right up there with the humor level of last year’s Toyota Sponsafier ads.

The real test for a NASCAR commercial is how quickly it’ll get old, because they’re repeated during the broadcasts so often. But I have a feeling people won’t get tired of this one so quickly.

It’s nice to see Sprint put some thought into the ads and make sure they have a high entertainment value. Make sure when the commercial is aired on Saturday night to tell your friends you saw it first.
