The 2012 Indianapolis 500 will take place on Sunday, May 27. After Pole Day on Saturday and Bump Day on Sunday, the entire starting lineup is now set for one of the most famous automobile races in the world.

The final nine slots were set and none of the top 24 qualifiers from Pole Day ended up being bumped, although Charlie Kimball -- who is slotted in at No. 14 in the lineup -- did crash during practice and now has just six days to repair his car before the event.

The pole position will be held by Ryan Briscoe. The most famous name in the race, Marco Andretti, is set at the No. 4 slot in the grid and Brazilian driver Helio Castroneves, who had the fastest laps of the week at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, will be No. 6 in the lineup.
