Storm system off the northeast coast of North Carolina will continue to keep clouds around through the rest of the afternoon and evening. No rain is expected with the clouds and temperatures this afternoon will be in the mid to upper 70s. Winds this afternoon and evening will be out of the north between 5 and 10 mph.
