The NASACAR Sprint Cup series continues Sunday afternoon with the GoBowling.com 400, the second race held at Pocono Speedway this year. Time is running out for drivers hoping to make the Chase for the Sprint Cup; there are only six races remaining until the Chase.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup series heads to Pennsylvania for the GoBowling.com 400. Here are your options for following the race.


Television coverage starts at 1 p.m. ET, with ESPN carrying the event. Green flag is scheduled for 1:19 p.m. The race can also be seen at WatchESPN and RaceView, NASCAR’s online subscription service.
The race will be broadcast on Sirius XM channel 90, as well as the IMS Racing network. If you can’t watch or listen to the event, you can follow along with our live updates of the GoBowling.com 400.
Jimmie Johnson earned the pole, setting a track record with a 180.654 mph lap. Kyle Busch will start second and Carl Edwards third. Ryan Newman, who won last week’s race at the Brickyard, will start fourth, and Kurt Busch rounds out the top five.
