How to follow GEICO 500 online, TV schedule, radio and more

Some big names can be eliminated from the Chase for the Sprint Cup on Sunday. Here’s how you can follow along.

Todd Warshaw

There are only five races remaining in the 10-race Chase for the Sprint Cup, and No. 6 is possibly the most interesting. It’s the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway and it’s set for Sunday. Four more drivers will be eliminated from contention as the field narrows even further. It’s going to be an especially big race for Dale Earnhardt Jr., Brad Keselowski and Jimmie Johnson, three drivers who desperately need an outright win.

All three drivers have struggled of late and are facing elimination much quicker than anybody thought possible. All three crashed back at Kansas Speedway and all struggled in Charlotte in the fifth race of the Chase. Talladega is a 2.66-mile track and the race will span 500 miles in total.

It promises to be one of the most exciting races of the season, and probably the most exciting race of the Chase, save for the one that ultimately decides who wins it all. Here’s how you can watch:
