Kansas Speedway will play host to the first race in the Contender’s Round, the fourth of the 10-race Chase for the Sprint Cup. The Hollywood Casino 400 is set for Sunday and there’s plenty to pay attention to, with most of the top 12 remaining playoff contenders qualifying well and leading the way from the green flag.

Kevin Harvick has the pole after turning in a fast lap of 197.621 mph, edging out Brian Vickers in second. Vickers qualified with a speed of 196.307. The top 10 is rounded out by Aric Almirola (196.15), Joey Logano (196.05), Jeff Gordon (196.05), Brad Keselowski (196.021), Kyle Busch (195.972), Dale Earnhardt Jr. (195.702), Tony Stewart (195.518) and Kasey Kahne (195.362).

Keselowski led the points standings after three races, but under NASCAR’s new rules those standings are reset back to zero heading into Round 2.
