How to follow STP 500 online, TV schedule, radio and more

Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin start in the front row on Sunday. Here’s a guide to check out the race this afternoon, which begins a little after 1 p.m.

Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

The STP 500 is set to begin in rainy Martinsville on Sunday afternoon, weather permitting. There is a chance for showers mixed in throughout the day, but most forecasts have the rain clearing out by the time the green flag waves at approximately 1:13 p.m. ET.

Fox will televise the race in its entirety. There will be pre-race coverage beginning at 12:30 p.m. and full post-race coverage on the Fox family of networks once the checkered flag is brought out.

For those unable to be in front of a TV on Sunday, there are other options to follow all of the action live. With a subscription -- they offer a free one-race trial, too -- NASCAR’s RaceView gives fans a live look on the track. The STP 500 will also be broadcast live on the radio via Motor Racing Network and Sirius XM Radio.

Kyle Busch starts in the pole position despite never winning a Cup race at Martinsville. Denny Hamlin will be right beside him at the starting line in the second position. Joey Logano, Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon grabbed the other top-five starting spots with strong showings in qualifying on Friday.

STP 500 Coverage:

TV: Fox - 12:30 p.m. ET. The green flag will wave at approximately 1:13 p.m. ET
