How to follow rain-delayed NASCAR race at Texas online, TV schedule, radio and more

The rain is gone, the sun is out and NASCAR will race Monday at Texas Motor Speedway.

Jeff Gross

Rain forced a postponement of Sunday’s NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway by a day. But with a favorable forecast the green flag will drop at noon ET Monday.

Fox will broadcast the race nationally, and radio coverage will be provided by Performance Radio Network. And for those who may be trapped at work and can’t watch or listen, SB Nation will have continual updates throughout the afternoon.

Tony Stewart, who secured his first pole position in qualifying since September 2012, will lead the field to green flag Monday. And because of the heavy rain, which washed away rubber buildup around the 1.5-oval, NASCAR will throw a competition caution on Lap 30 to allow teams to check tire wear.

Temperatures are predicted to be in the mid to high 60s with a slight chance of rain in the late afternoon, according to meteorologist Brian Neudorff (@NASCAR_WXMAN).
