Kevin Harvick is in pole position for the Quicken Loans 400 on Sunday afternoon at Michigan International Speedway.
Harvick won the pole position with a qualifying lap of 204.557 mph on Thursday, the fastest lap at the track in Michigan in 27 years. It is the third pole position of the season for Harvick and the ninth of his career.
Jeff Gordon is in the second spot, followed by Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Aric Almirola and Paul Menard.
Television coverage begins with pre-race coverage at 12 p.m. ET on TNT, with race coverage at 1 p.m.. Adam Alexander, Wally Dallenbach Jr., Kyle Petty, Larry McReynolds are on the call. The green flag is scheduled for approximately 1:16 p.m.
