Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series roars on, moving from Michigan to California for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 on Sunday. Jamie McMurray won pole position for the second straight year at Sonoma Raceway, and the green flag waves at 3:19 p.m. ET.

Jimmie Johnson won his first race at Michigan International Speedway last weekend, leaving him without wins at just four tracks through his career. He’s now second in points for the Sprint Cup Series, behind Jeff Gordon. Gordon has five career wins in the Toyota/Save Mart 350, and his most recent first-place finish in Sonoma was in 2006.

Martin Truex Jr., the winner at Sonoma last year, will start the race in row nine with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Juan Pablo Montoya was in position to take second place in the race last June but ran out of fuel in the final lap, dropping him to to 34th.

Weather is expected to be clear with temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s.

Coverage begins: 2 p.m. ET

Channel: TNT

Green flag: 1:16 p.m. ET

Booth: Adam Alexander, Wally Dallenbach Jr., Kyle Petty, Larry McReynolds
