Jeff Gordon raps with 7-year-old NASCAR fan

Jeff Gordon’s talent knows no bounds.

Beyond just NASCAR, Jeff Gordon has shown a lot of versatility throughout his career. He is the only driver to have hosted Saturday Night Live and several times has guest co-hosted Live with Kelly and Michael.

But what about Gordon’s musical chops? Specifically, could the four-time Cup Series champion rap?

The answer to that question came this past weekend at Dover International Speedway when Gordon joined seven-year-old rapper Caleb C. behind the mic. For those unfamiliar with Caleb C.‘s work, every month he reviews races by rapping and Gordon is his favorite driver.

Gordon isn’t completely unfamiliar to the rap game. Nelly name-dropped him in in the popular song E.I., released in 2000, one year prior to him winning his last championship.

“What’s up y’all? It’s me Jeff G. rapping with my buddy Caleb C. ... It might be my last year, but let’s win one more. ... I’ve done it all behind the wheel on the track but I never had a chance to do a NASCAR rap.”
