Rain will not be an issue Sunday for NASCAR like it had been Friday and Saturday, but the weather Sunday for NASCAR at Dover International Speedway will be cooler and windy. We will see a mix of sunshine and clouds with afternoon temperatures 10 degrees cooler than the last two days in the low 60s. The winds will be out of the west between 10 to 20 miles per hour, and gusts could reach 30 miles per hour.
