Last weekend at Pocono Raceway, you would think NASCAR fans got their fill of rain, but did they? Sonoma and Watkins Glen are the only NASCAR tracks on the schedule where you will see some NASCAR fans get upset if rain is not in the weather forecast. That is because they want to see the Sprint Cup cars race in the rain with rain tires. Unfortunately, Mother Nature has a great looking weather forecast for Sunday’s CHEEZ-IT™ 355 at The Glen on Sunday.
2016 NASCAR Watkins Glen race day weather: No excitement from Mother Nature
How will Mother Nature follow up her Pocono rain out performance this weekend at Watkins Glen?

Temperatures will be near 80 with a nice mixture of sunshine and clouds. Winds will be out of the west-northwest between 5 and maybe as high as 15 mph during the day. No need for rain tires on this Sunday.
