After Friday’s washout of practice and Monster Energy Cup qualifying at Martinsville Speedway, the weather looks picture-perfect the rest of the weekend.
Martinsville NASCAR weather: Drier weekend
As expected, rain was a problem Friday at Martinsville Speedway, but it will be better for the weekend.
Expect lots of sunshine for the remainder of the racing at Martinsville Speedway. Temperatures will be near 70 both Saturday and Sunday. The only difference between the two days will be the winds. It will be a bit breezy out of the northwest on Saturday with winds expected to be 10 to 20 mph.
