Martin Truex Jr., who won the 2016 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte, will try to go back-to-back in NASCAR’s longest race set for this weekend. The green flag will wave at approximately 6:18 p.m. ET on Sunday. Race coverage on FOX begins at 6 p.m.

Mike Joy will call the race with Darrell Waltrip and Jeff Gordon. Jamie Little, Chris Neville, Vince Welch, and Matt Yocum are the pit reporters for this race. You can also stream the Coca-Cola 600 online at Fox Sports Go.

Truex is one of the favorites to win this race. However, according to USA TODAY’s Mike Hembree, Truex pointed out that so much has changed from last year to this year.

“The downforce package we have (and) the tires are different. Charlotte typically changes quite a bit day to day, let alone year to year. It’s definitely still going to be a challenge.”

Kevin Harvick starts on the pole Sunday. In the final five-minute round, his average lap speed was 193.424 mph. Truex Jr. starts at the eighth position on Sunday.
