Dale Earnhardt Jr. will get another crack at Talladega Superspeedway as the 2017 NASCAR Monster Energy Cup season shifts to Alabama for the GEICO 500 on Sunday afternoon.

Earnhardt is a six-time winner at this track, including a three-time champion in the GEICO 500. He last won the race in 2015.

When does the GEICO 500 start?

The race is set to start at 2:20 p.m. ET on Sunday.

How can I watch this race on TV and online?

Fox will televise the GEICO 500 beginning at 2 p.m. ET, with Mike Joy on play-by-play, alongside analysts Darrell Waltrip, Jeff Gordon, and Larry McReynolds, plus pit reporters Jamie Little, Chris Neville, Vince Welch, and Matt Yocum.

Online streaming of the race is available through Fox Sports Go.

Where is Sunday’s race?

The GEICO 500 is at Talladega Superspeedway in Lincoln, Ala. This is the first of two races here this season, along with the Alabama 500 on Oct. 15. Earnhardt has won both race three times each.

Dale Earnhardt Sr. was a 10-time winner at Talladega, including a three-time winner of the GEICO 500, then called the Winston 500.

Quotable

“Talladega is Dale Jr.’s best track. He loves the place. It’s Earnhardt’s house. His father started there with a lot of success, and he has carried that on in recent years. Without a doubt, Dale Jr. will be strong on Sunday and the fans will cheer for him louder than ever before.”
