The NASCAR Monster Energy Cup season moves to wine country this weekend for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 from Sonoma Raceway on Sunday afternoon in California.

What time does this race start?

The Toyota/Save Mart 350 starts on Sunday at approximately 3:20 p.m. ET.

How can I watch the Toyota/Save Mart 350?

Race coverage begins on Fox Sports 1 at 3 p.m., with Mike Joy calling the race alongside his usual crew of Jeff Gordon, Darrell Waltrip, and Larry McReynolds.

The race can be viewed online through Fox Sports Go.

Where exactly is this race?

The Toyota/Save Mart 350 is run at Sonoma Raceway, which is roughly one hour north of San Francisco. This is the only race of the season here.

Tony Stewart won last year’s race at Sonoma, his third victory at the venue. Gordon, now in the booth with Fox, was a five-time winner of this event. The only current driver with multiple wins in Sonoma is Kyle Busch, who won this race in 2008 and 2015.

Quotable

With 11 races remaining before the playoffs begin, drivers are lining up trying to position themselves for a championship.

“Getting a win is hugely important, but if you get in the playoffs and don’t have playoff points, it’s going to be tough to be the champion,” Fox analyst Michael Waltrip said earlier in the week. “Drivers are going to take all those points with them to Homestead-Miami Speedway, and those points will seed them in the championship. Go out and win stages like Martin Truex Jr. has done and get those playoff points.”
