Lakers Vs. Bucks: Jennings Lifts Bucks In Final Seconds Of The Half, 59-57
The shooting percentage evened out over the course of the second quarter with both teams shooting just above 50 percent. The Lakers still are playing tight defense without committing fouls (the Bucks did shoot one free throw...) but the score is remaining so close because of the Bucks hitting six of their 10 three pointers.
Los Angeles is seeing standard play from their stars, Bryant and Gasol, who both ended the half with 14 points. Gasol leads the Lakers with 5 rebounds.
For the Bucks, Drew Gooden is making a strong showing with 10 points and five rebounds. His outside shooting is helping take some of the pressure off of Andrew Bogut, who leads all players with nine rebounds. Brandon Jennings, who leads all scorers with 19 points, drove hard to the basket to put the Bucks up over the Lakers in the last seconds of the half.
This game has seen 16 ties and 19 lead changes, which is an indication of how well these teams are matching up tonight.
