Dwyane Wade only has 31 points at halftime for the Miami Heat. That may sound like a lot, but he put 22 on the Indiana Pacers in the first quarter, so technically he’s cooling off. Miami led by 22 at the beginning of the second quarter, but Indiana was able to cut it to 58-54 going into halftime.
Heat Vs. Pacers Score: Dwyane Wade Electric, But Indiana Hanging In There
LeBron James has 12, including a completely absurd 90-foot alley oop from Wade, and has dished four assists of his own.
The Pacers are scoring with the Heat by getting everybody involved, and I do mean everybody. Eleven Pacers players have scored, compared to only four Miami players. NBA basketball! Tyler Hansbrough leads Indy with 10 points, and feels kind of bad about hogging all the attention.
The one major advantage the Pacers found in the first half: hitting five of their nine three-point attempts, including two by A.J. Price.
