Much was made last summer of Derrick Rose’s commitment to finding a three-pointer to add to his offensive arsenal. Well, he has, and Rose raised his three-point field goal percentage from 26.7% in 2009-10 to 33.2% in 2010-11. He’s also now the sort of player who can make five threes in the first quarter.

The best part of this? Rose did it in front of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Horace Grant, among others, all in Chicago for a halftime celebration honoring the 1991 NBA champion Bulls 20 years after their title. Rose didn't do Jordan's famous shrug, but he certainly earned the right to pay homage.
