Spurs Vs. Heat Score: Miami Leads After First Quarter, 22-19

After the first quarter of play, this is a far different game between the Spurs and the Heat than the last one they played. In that one the Spurs opened up a 36-12 lead after one quarter, but this time the teams played a much closer game, 22-19 in favor of the Heat.

The Heat went down early and trailed by five points with less than five minutes left to play, but finished the quarter with an 11-3 run. Mario Chalmers leads the team with six points, making the team's only successful three-point shot. Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Erick Dampier each pulled down three rebounds, while LeBron James has four points on 2-of-6 shooting.

While the Heat are shooting over 50 percent from the field, the Spurs stand at 39.1 percent and have missed five of their six three-point attempts. Antonio McDyess and Tim Duncan tied for the team-lead with six points each in the quarter and combined five of the teams 10 rebounds.
