The Miami Heat hold a 10-point lead over the San Antonio Spurs, 49-39, at halftime. After an 11-3 run to end the first quarter, the Heat didn't let up during the second. Chris Bosh led the way with 12 of his 16 points then and has been around the glass all night with his team-high seven rebounds. Dwyane Wade added an additional 15 points and five rebounds in the half.

The Spurs had had a tough night shooting, making only 39.1 percent of their shots. While the Spurs have attempted 10 three-pointers, Richard Jefferson was the only one to connect on one. Also hurting them has been a total of only three trips to the foul line (Miami made 14-of-15 of their free throws). Tim Duncan leads the Spurs with 11 points on 5-of-7 shooting. All the other starters are below double-digit points, with Antonio McDyess leading with eight points.
LeBron James has had a quiet game for the Heat with six points on 2-of-8 shooting and two turnovers. Neither team's bench has had an impact on the scoring, the two combining for 10 of the 88 points scored so far.
