The Oklahoma City Thunder enter their 2011 NBA Playoffs first round series against the Denver Nuggets as mild favorites, according to betting site Bodog. The Thunder have home court advantage and recently beat the Nuggets twice -- once each in Oklahoma City and Denver. But the Nuggets have been scorching since trading Carmelo Anthony to the New York Knicks, and some pundits are calling for the upset.

Bodog lists the Thunder’s odds at 5/11, and the Nuggets’ line at 9/5. That puts Oklahoma City’s moneyline at -220 and Denver’s at +180. Vegas seems to think it’ll be a long series, though; Oklahoma City has 8/1 odds to sweep and 17/4 to win in seven.
Neither team is among the top favorites to win the NBA title, though the Thunder at 12/1 do rate ahead of the Dallas Mavericks (18/1). The Nuggets are listed at 35/1, between the Orlando Magic and New York Knicks.
