The Houston Rockets have reached an agreement to make Kevin McHale the team’s new head coach.
Kelvin Sampson To Be Named Kevin McHale’s Rockets Assistant, According To Repot
The 55-year old made a name from himself coaching in the college ranks, achieving immense success at the University of Oklahoma and Indiana. However, in 2008 Sampson was forced to resign as head coach of the Hoosiers after infamously catching the attention of NCAA investigators over several severe recruiting violations.
