After one quarter, the Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Hornets are tied at 23-23 in Game 2 of their playoff series.
Hornets Vs. Lakers, Game 2: All Knotted Up At 23 After First Quarter
The key for LA is shutting down Chris Paul and so far…it hasn’t worked. Paul leads the Hornets with six points and three assists. Trevor Ariza and Carl Landry also both have six points as the Hornes have spread the wealth so far.
On the Lakers side, Kobe Bryant is off to a slow start. He has only one point and has only attempted one field goal so far. Andrew Bynum and Lamar Odom lead the Lakers with six points apiece while Ron Artest added five.
So far, the Hornets have been able to stave off the LA crowd. Let’s see if they can keep it up.
