Hornets Vs. Lakers: Despite Not Much Out Of Kobe, Lakers Lead At End Of Third

Kobe Bryant has five points so far in Game 2, so you’d think the Lakers are getting beat pretty good by the Hornets.

You might be surprised to then learn Los Angeles is ahead 63-56 at the end of three quarters.

The Lakers have been able to keep the Hornets shooting 41% on the night. Chris Paul has gotten 15 points so far and Trevor Ariza has 14 but no one has been able to turn the lights out.

Andrew Bynum has been leading the way for the Lakers, scoring 15 points and grabbing eight rebounds. Ron Artest and Lamar Odom are picking up the slack as well, scoring twelve points each. The Lakers are shooting 45% as a team.

The chances for the Hornets to go up 2-0 on the Lakers are fading and fading fast.
