Thunder Vs. Nuggets Score: Kevin Durant, Serge Ibaka Give Oklahoma City 56-49 Halftime Lead

The Oklahoma City Thunder came alive in the second quarter and hold a halftime 56-49 lead, thanks to Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka. At the half, Ibaka already has a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. With Durant firing, as well, Denver has had a tough time slowing down the Thunder, and has been unable to mount a comeback on the offensive end itself.

Durant added a team-high 13 points in the first half, but has struggled from the floor, connecting on just 4-11 shots. Russell Westbrook added 10 points, with James Harden adding 10 points of his own off the bench. Westbrook had a team-high four assists in the first half, as well.

Denver was led by Arron Afflalo’s nine points in the first half, though most came in the first quarter. Kenyon Martin, Nene Chris Anderson each had eight first half points. Nene also had a team-high five rebounds in the half.
