With five players in double-figures, led by Nicolas Batum and Wesley Matthews, the Portland Trail Blazers are taking control in Salt Lake City, and leading the Utah Jazz after three quarters, 79-67. Scorers are popping up everywhere for the Blazers as Brandon Roy has broken out of his slump while Batum, Matthews and others helped propel the Blazers to an 11-3 run over to close the third quarter.

Batum has a team-high 21 points, with Matthews adding 16, on 4-7 shooting, and Gerald Wallace chipping in 15 points. Brandon Roy has been outstanding off the bench, scoring 11 points on 5-6 shooting. LaMarcus Aldridge is also in double-figures with 10 points.
Devin Harris is doing all he can for the Jazz, but isn’t getting much help from the rest of the team. Harris has a game-high 24 points through three quarters, but Paul Millsap is the only other player in double-figures with 15. Al Jefferson has just four points, but has grabbed a team-high 12 points thus far.
