Thunder Vs. Grizzlies Final Score, Game 3: Memphis Completes Great Comeback To Win In Overtime

At the end of the third quarter, the Memphis Grizzlies trailed the Oklahoma City Thunder by 13 points. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook were both shooting the ball well, while Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins were dominating on the boards. At that point, it looked like it would take a miracle for Memphis to get back into the game. If a terrible OKC cold streak constitutes a miracle, that's exactly what they got, and the Grizzlies are now up 2-1 in their series after their Game 3 win by a final score of 101-93.

Oklahoma City managed just 10 points in the fourth quarter as Durant and Westbrook went absolutely ice cold. Early in the quarter, Mike Conley hit a couple of jump shots while Sam Young threw down a ridiculous dunk, igniting the crowd and turning momentum in their favor. Durant and Westbrook, who had 18 and 19 points respectably after three quarters, finished with just 22 and 23 points each as Conley and Tony Allen turned in great defensive performances.

When Perkins fouled out for the Thunder with over three minutes remaining in overtime, it was the beginning of the end of a game for a Thunder team that had looked lifeless and disorganized for all of the previous 14 minutes of play. From that point on, not only Randolph but also Marc Gasol took over inside, and Memphis were able to coast to the win. Now down 2-1, the Thunder will have to reorganize and pinpoint what went wrong before Game 4 on Monday night in Memphis.
