The FBI has already gotten involved in the Javaris Crittenton murder allegations after the former NBA guard was charged in a fatal drive-by shooting of Jillian Jones, a mother of four. Now, in perhaps the most jarring image of the saga yet, the FBI has issued a “WANTED” poster for Crittenton, describing him as “armed and dangerous.” TMZ obtained a copy of the poster.
FBI Issues ‘WANTED’ Poster Of Javaris Crittenton For Alleged Murder
It’s not a surprise that the poster would suggest an alleged murder is “armed and dangerous,” but it’s still jarring to see, especially for those who remember him as a player.
Crittenton is at-large in Los Angeles right now after buying a one-way plane ticket from Atlanta, according to the FBI report. The Atlanta branch of the FBI received a warrant to arrest Crittenton earlier Monday.
The alleged shooting occurred on August 19 in Atlanta. Crittenton was famously involved in a locker-room dispute involving guns with Wizards teammate Gilbert Arenas in 2009.
