Bobcats 101, Mavericks 97
Charlotte had trailed by 15 in this game, but Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (25-12), Kemba Walker (26-7-6) and Ramon Sessions (a number of timely plays) dragged them back for the win in overtime. The Mavericks' offense struggled in the second half, and shot just 40 percent overall. The Bobcats ... exciting!
NBA scores: Bobcats stun Mavericks, Celtics blast back Bucks
The Charlotte Bobcats beat one of the hottest teams in the league on Saturday in an overtime thriller. In Milwaukee, the Celtics got revenge for an earlier loss to the Bucks.

Celtics 96, Bucks 92
The Celtics won this game late thanks to long jumpers from their big men (Kevin Garnett and Brandon Bass). Robert Parish must be smiling somewhere. Paul Pierce had 25-9, countering Monta Ellis' 31-point night. Brandon Jennings shot 1-11.
Spurs 112, Blazers 109
The gameflow on this one looks like a camel. The Spurs trailed 79-73 going into the fourth, rattled off a 14-0 run to take a 8-point lead and still found the game tied late. San Antonio scored 39 points in the final frame and Manu Ginobili iced the game down the stretch.
Nuggets 107, Warriors 101 (2OT)
De-fense! De-fense! Each team shot 38 percent from the floor and worse than 61 percent from the line. (Good free throw defense.) Denver actually trailed by five in the second overtime before scoring 11 straight to finish the game. Thus ends a four-in-five stretch for the Nuggets that the team swept.
Bulls 87, Timberwolves 80
In the question of which team missing its star is better off right now, the answer is defense. Defense is better off.
Pacers 89, Wizards 85
Paul George is making things happen with 20 points. The Wizards are 0-5.
Sixers 93, Raptors 83
Toronto lost the second quarter 32-7. Football score.
Jazz 94, Suns 81
Jamaal Tinsley had 14 assists. In the year 2012.
