The New York Knicks rebounded from their first loss of the season with an 88-76 win over the Indiana Pacers on Sunday afternoon in New York.

Carmelo Anthony scored 26 points to push the Knicks past the Pacers on Sunday.


Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 26 points and nine rebounds. Raymond Felton also had a good game, scoring 11 points and notching eight assists for New York.
The Knicks improved to 7-1. The Pacers fell to 4-7.
New York and Indiana were tight in every quarter except the second. The Knicks outscored the Pacers, 20-12. In every other quarter New York combined to outscore the Pacers by four points.
The Knicks lost their first game of the season Friday night against the Memphis Grizzlies, 105-95.
Paul George led all Indiana scorers with 20 points, three rebounds and three assists. David West chipped in with 14 points and seven rebounds. Roy Hibbert had a team-high eight rebounds.
The Knicks will try to make it two wins in a row when they travel to play New Orleans on Tuesday night. Indiana doesn't have much time to rest as it will be back in action in Washington on Monday to play the Wizards at 7 p.m. ET.
