The San Antonio Spurs outlasted the Houston Rockets in a display of hot shooting, securing a 134-126 win in overtime on Monday night in Houston.

Spurs guard Gary Neal scored 29 points in 34 minutes, shooting 11-18 from the field and 7-10 from the three-point line. Tony Parker recorded a triple-double for San Antonio, adding 27 points while grabbing 12 rebounds and dishing 12 assists.

Each Spurs point was needed, as Jeremy Lin poured in 38 points, shooting 4-5 from behind the arc while handing out seven assists. Omer Asik added 21 points, while Chandler Parsons pitched in 20 as the Rockets nearly made up for the absence of James Harden, who had a sprained ankle.

The two teams combined to shoot 30-60 from the three-point line in a game that saw the Spurs shoot 52 percent from the field. In a three-minute stretch late in the fourth quarter, six of seven made field goals came from behind the arc as the two teams tied twice and changed leads twice in that span.

San Antonio (18-4) travels to play the Utah Jazz on Wednesday where the Jazz are 8-1 at home. The Rockets (9-11) will host the Washington Wizards on Wednesday.
