The Memphis Grizzlies outlasted the Chicago Bulls, 80-71, Monday night at the FedExForum in a sloppy game that featured a lot of good defense and even more bad offense.

The Memphis Grizzlies ended the Chicago Bulls’ four-game road winning streak with an 80-71 victory Monday night at the FedExForum.
The Grizzlies (16-6) started off extremely slow, falling behind 20-11 after the first quarter. But a jolt from Wayne Ellington and the Memphis bench got them quickly back into the game, and it was the Grizzlies who took a 39-34 lead into the break.
Memphis took command of the game in the third quarter, taking an eight-point lead into the final quarter of a game where that lead felt more like 18. Chicago (13-10) got the score within five midway through the fourth quarter, but missed numerous opportunities to make it closer.
The Grizzlies won despite shooting just 37.5 percent from the field and turning the ball over 18 times. Memphis made up for that by outrebounding Chicago, 51-39, and holding the Bulls to 37.3 percent shooting.
Mike Conley led the Grizzlies with 17 points on 6-of-12 shooting. Zach Randolph notched a double-double with 10 points and 15 rebounds, while Ellington finished with 11 points off the bench.
Carlos Boozer had 16 points and 13 rebounds for Chicago. The loss snapped the Bulls' four-game road winning streak.
