The Oklahoma City Thunder improved to 17-4 with a 104-93 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Sunday night. The win was the eighth in a row for Oklahoma City, and the Thunder are in first place in the Northwest Division.

Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder took down Indiana on Sunday, extending their NBA-best winning streak to eight games.


The Thunder held a one-point lead at halftime, but a strong third-quarter effort pushed that lead to 10 heading into the fourth, and they were able to hold off the Pacers from there.
Oklahoma City forward Kevin Durant led all scorers with 27 points on 9-24 shooting. Durant also grabbed eight rebounds and dished out four assists. Point guard Russell Westbrook finished with 21 points, seven rebounds and six assists, while Kevin Martin scored 24 points off the bench.
The Thunder shot 48.7 percent as a team and outrebounded Indiana 40-34.
David West led the Pacers with 21 points and was one of five Indiana players in double figures. Paul George scored 17 and George Hill added 15.
