Celtics Vs. Heat Final Score: Boston Beats Miami Again, 115-107

The Miami Heat may be one of the best defensive teams in the NBA, but they had absolutely no answer for the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night. Unlike Boston's win over the Heat back on April 1, in which every member of the Heat not named LeBron James couldn't buy a basket, the Heat were solid offensively. They couldn't get stops for most of the game, though, as the Celtics shot their way to a 115-107 victory.

Kevin Garnett stole the show with 24 points on 11-14 shooting, as well as nine rebounds. Brandon Bass put in an impressive double-double while Rajon Rondo had one of his own with 18 points and 15 assists. Paul Pierce led the Celtics in scoring with 27 points.

James scored 36 points and was 13-14 from the free throw line, but Miami shot just 45 percent from the floor to Boston’s 61 percent. It wasn’t shocking when Boston was able to ride their stifling defense to a home win against Miami nine days ago, but it’s incredibly surprising that they were able to out-gun the Heat to hand them just their fourth home loss of the year.
