New Orleans Hornets center Chris Kaman is unlikely to play in any of the team's final five games due to a bruised left tibia, according to Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports. The injury is on the lower end of his left leg, and with the Hornets having little to play for at the end of the year, it's little surprise that Kaman would want to sit out.
Chris Kaman Injury: Hornets Center Likely Done For Year With Left Tibia Ailment
New Orleans Hornets center Chris Kaman is expected to be shut down for the season with a left leg injury.

Kaman is averaging 13.1 points and 7.7 rebounds per game in 47 games for the Hornets this season after being acquired in the Chris Paul blockbuster deal. The Hornets tried to trade Kaman at the trade deadline, but found no takers. He is in the last year of his contract.
The Hornets have struggled all year due to injuries, but fueled by the return of star guard Eric Gordon, they have won four games in a row after Monday's victory over the lowly Charlotte Bobcats.
