The Los Angeles Lakers appear to have dodged a bullet with an injury to Andrew Bynum, but they're probably still going to be without their center for a few games. In the first quarter of the Lakers' game against the Golden State Warriors on Sunday night, Bynum rolled his ankle and had to exit the game.
Andrew Bynum Injury: Lakers Center Sprains Ankle Against Warriors
Andrew Bynum sustained a sprained ankle in the first quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Golden State Warriors on Sunday.

Currently, the Lakers are calling the injury a moderate ankle sprain. He was immediately taken into the locker room for X-rays, but those X-rays came back negative. He will not return to the game. Bynum sustained the injury when he came down awkwardly on the foot of teammate Josh McRoberts.
Bynum has had an injury-plagued career, but he hasn’t missed any time this season due to injury. This could be a small setback for the Lakers in terms of playoff seeding, but they’ll be happy that Bynum avoided serious injury.
