The Charlotte Bobcats were visiting the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night when one of their players suffered an immediate and horrifying injury.
Eduardo Najera Injury: Bobcats Forward Suffers Fractured Skull In Game Against Bucks
Eduardo Najera of the Charlotte Bobcats suffered a terrifying injury in the opening minutes of a game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night. He has apparently fractured his skull and has been taken to a hospital.


Power forward Eduardo Najera had not yet played two minutes in the game when he suffered a fractured skull. A defender came down under the basket with a short elbow to Najera's head, according to David Walker of Rufus on Fire:

B.J. Evans, vice president of Bobcats communications, reported that Najera was immediately taken to a Milwaukee area hospital.

Najera, who was born in Meoqui, Mexico, has averaged 2.8 points per game and 2.4 rebounds per game for the Bobcats in the lockout-shortened 2011-12 NBA season.
