Dwyane Wade Has Caught Fire In Game 4

On Sunday, Dwyane Wade went scoreless in the first quarter of Game 4 between the Miami Heat and the Indiana Pacers. Since then, Wade has turned things around in a big way.

With two minutes left in the third quarter, Wade has scored 22 points in the second and third quarters and has been worth +3 points for the Heat while on the floor. He had been worth -10 points in the first quarter.

Before the last two minutes of the third quarter, the last Heat points that have not been scored by Wade or LeBron James came in the final minutes of the second quarter, on free throws by Udonis Haslem. You have to go all the way back to 6:39 of the second quarter to find a non-Wade, non-James field goal, a jumper from Joel Anthony.

Wade and James had made 38 points in a row for the Heat before Haslem hit a free throw with just over a minute left in the quarter.
