The Oklahoma City Thunder finished off the L.A. Lakers in five on Monday, joining the San Antonio Spurs in the 2012 NBA Western Conference Finals. The Spurs finished off the L.A. Clippers in four on Sunday. The West finals begin on Sunday in San Antonio.
Thunder Vs. Spurs Schedule: Western Conference Finals Begin Sunday
The Spurs and Thunder will meet for Game 1 of the 2012 NBA Western Conference Finals on Sunday.


Missing in this round are game days without rest as well as any days of extra rest; there is one day off between each game. But both teams will have nearly a week off to prepare for their opponent.
