Avery Bradley Injury Update: Shoulder Problems ‘Likely’ To End Celtics Guard’s Season

Boston Celtics guard Avery Bradley may miss Game 7 against the Philadelphia 76ers and, in fact, could be done for the season, according to a report on Wednesday. Bradley, who sat out the last two games for the Celtics, has been dealing with a shoulder injury. In Game 4, his shoulder appeared to come out of its socket for a third time this postseason. Although he played through the pain then, he hasn't been back on the court since.

The report comes from the Boston Globe.

The Celtics are not expected to have Avery Bradley for the rest of the season because of a left shoulder injury. A source close to Bradley told the Globe that its in the percentile is in the “high 90s” that Bradley will be shut down and will perhaps need surgery.

The news came down shortly after the Celtics fell to the Sixers, with Philly forcing a decisive Game 7, which makes it a double-whammy for Boston.
