Deron Williams Denies Report About Future With Brooklyn Nets

Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski reported Wednesday that Deron Williams would stay with the New Jersey Nets only if Dwight Howard was brought on board from the Orlando Magic. That bit of reporting apparently came as news to the point guard, who refuted Wojnarowski's claim later in the afternoon via Twitter.

“I would love to know who Adrian Wojnarowski source is bc he knows more about what I’m thinking then I do maybe they can help me decide?”

Wojnarowski reported that even if the Nets win the No. 1 overall pick in Wednesday night’s 2012 NBA Draft lottery, Williams may look to play somewhere else next season. Wojnarowski also reported that New Jersey would be willing to deal consensus first overall pick Anthony Davis out of Kentucky in an effort to acquire Howard.
