8-Bit Draft: Nintendo Characters Now Eligible

The 2012 NBA Draft is on Thursday night, and the best and brightest young basketball players in the world will have their moment in the sun. But what if NBA teams were allowed to draft anyone they wanted? What if they were allowed to draft any fictional character they wanted? What if they could draft any video game characters they wanted? What if they could draft any Nintendo character they wanted?

We think it would look something like this.
