Chris Bosh knows exactly what the Chicago Bulls will be feeling on Tuesday night in Miami. Two seasons ago, he and the Miami Heat opened the regular season against the defending champion Dallas Mavericks. Bosh remembers having to be in the building when Dallas raised its championship banner, then beating the Mavericks by 11 points. On Monday he described that experience rather colorfully, via ESPN's Tom Haberstroh:
Chris Bosh on Dallas’ 2011 banner ceremony: ‘We wanted to defecate on their night’
Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh reflects on opening the season against the defending champs.

“We wanted to embarrass (the Mavericks) on their home floor,” Bosh said. “We wanted to defecate on their night and we know (the Bulls) want to do that to us. They want to spoil what we have going and we’re aware of that. We have to hit first.”
Wow. Well, there’s no misunderstanding that. The Bulls want to defecate on the Heat’s night. Miami wants to prevent Chicago from defecating on its night. Sounds about right.
The game will tip off at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday on TNT. For more on these teams, visit Blog a Bull and Hot Hot Hoops.
