Thunder vs. Warriors final score: Andre Iguodala’s game-winner gives Golden State 116-115 victory

Andre Iguodala nailed a game-winning shot in a high scoring Western Conference showdown.

Russell Westbrook drained a three-point shot with 2.3 seconds left to give the Thunder a one-point lead in the fourth quarter, but Andre Iguodala responded by nailing the game-winning shot at the buzzer over Thabo Sefolosha, giving the Golden State Warriors the 116-115 victory.

The Warriors showed off their three-point shooting proficiency making 14 of their 23 three-point attempts. When a team scores 115 points in regulation it’s usually enough to collect a victory, but not against the high-scoring Warriors.

Klay Thompson made six of his nine three-point attempts, finishing the night with a team-high 27 points. Stephen Curry dropped 22 points of his own, going four-of-eight from deep while dishing out eight assists. Iguodala had a nine assists along with 14 points.

Westbrook looked good through the game, shaking off a slow start after making an early return to the Thunder. He scored 31 points on 13-of-21 shooting. Serge Ibaka finished with a double double, scoring 27 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Kevin Durant, the NBA’s leading scorer going into the game, finished with 20 points and shot just 38 percent from the field.
