The Los Angeles Clippers held on to a 110-103 victory over the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets played without Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, Brook Lopez and Deron Williams, but were down just one point with 3:25 left in the fourth quarter. J.J. Redick hit a big three to push the lead to four and ultimately out of reach.

The Nets were without four starters, but the Clippers couldn’t pull away until the final minutes of the fourth quarter.
The Nets have now lost six of their first nine games as they deal with ankle injuries to both Williams and Lopez. Andrei Kirilenko was also unavailable, missing their three-game west coast road trip because of back spasms.
Chris Paul finished the night with 13 assists but struggled shooting, going 3-of-12 from the field. Two of his field goals came in the final 2:06 of the fourth to help seal the victory. Blake Griffin scored a game-high 30 points and had a double-double with 16 rebounds.
DeAndre Jordan took advantage of the Nets' smaller frontcourt and grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds. Joe Johnson made just five of his 17 shot attempts. Mason Plumlee scored 19 points and grabbed six rebounds, putting together a big night off the bench for Brooklyn.
