Doc Rivers said Friday's meeting with free agent big man Lamar Odom went well. He added that he's "always had an interest in (Odom)" and that he "just wanted to see him," according to the LA Times' Broderick Turner:

The Clippers are mulling over signing Odom to a veteran’s minimum contract.

“It really was I just wanted to see him physically and see how he was doing,” Rivers said. “He looked good. He looked great. He looked like his weight was way down and in good shape. But that doesn’t mean a lot.”

According to the LA Times, Odom has said the Clippers are the only team he would play for, and if the Clippers offer him a contract it will be for the veteran's minimum of $883,000.
Odom appeared to be in good shape in his meeting with the team on Friday.
In 2012-13 with the Clippers, he averaged 4.0 points and 5.9 rebounds in 20 minutes. The team is dry of reserve big man options, opting to play Byron Mullens and Ryan Hollins consistent minutes.
Adding Odom would sure up one of the Clippers’ few weaknesses.
