Los Angeles Lakers point guard Steve Nash is still feeling the effects of back pain and will be out at least 10 more days, according to head coach Mike D'Antoni, via Bill Oram of the Orange County Register:
Steve Nash injury: Lakers guard out at least another 10 days
Los Angeles Lakers guard Steve Nash is trying to deal with his back issues so he can return to the court.

D’antoni says Steve Nash has 10 more days of workouts before he’s ready
— Bill Oram (@bill_oram) November 21, 2013 Nash last saw game action on Nov. 10 against the Minnesota Timberwolves, but was pulled in the first half when it became obvious he was in too much pain. The 39-year-old will work with his personal trainer in Vancouver, BC next week when the Lakers go on a road trip, via Lakers.com's Mike Trudell:
The plan right now for @SteveNash is to go to Vancouver next week while the team is on the Eastern trip to work with his own therapist.
— Mike Trudell (@LakersReporter) November 21, 2013 According to Trudell, Nash will rejoin the team on Nov. 30, when Los Angeles is finished with its three-game trip. Everyone involved is being cautious when discussing Nash’s condition, as it remains unclear how long it will take him to recover and how effective he can be playing through this kind of pain. D’Antoni did not want to get ahead of himself when discussing Nash and his 10-day estimate on Thursday, via Serena Winters of Lakers Nation:
I asked D'Antoni is Nash's progress is promising. He didn't say yes. Said we'll just have to wait and see.
— Serena Winters (@SerenaWinters) November 21, 2013 All of this is a bummer for those hoping the two-time MVP will be back to his former self sooner rather than later. All anyone can do is be patient.
